School Heating Refurbishment – Higher Lane Primary School, Manchester

Higher Lane Primary School is part of the Vantage Academy Trust and is located in Whitefield, Manchester. It is a two-form entry primary school with just under five hundred pupils.

Project Scope:

The school required a heating refurbishment involving new pipework, radiators, making good and boxing-in.

Contract Arrangements:

We were awarded the contract by tender based on price and reputation.

Project Challenges:

The project had a short timescale from July – October during the summer school holiday.

Planning and preparation were vital to achieving completion on time. Excellent communication was essential and maintained throughout the project between our mechanical engineering team and the client-appointed designer.
